These terms cover every product and service sold by Locke Agency, a sole proprietorship operating from Tennessee, United States. Questions about anything here: [email protected]. We answer fast.

1. Monthly plans (recurring, optional)

• Plans and prices. The Care Plan: $200 per month, covering hosting, security, maintenance, content edits, and Google Business Profile management for a website you own. Ad Management: the greater of $400 per month or 12% of your monthly advertising budget. All prices are in US dollars. Current pricing always lives at lockeagency.com/services.
• Billing. Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Advertising budgets. If you are on an Ad Management plan, your ad budget is paid by you directly to Google. Ad spend never passes through Locke Agency. Our management fee is the only thing we bill.
• Cancellation. Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period. There is no proration and no cancellation fee.
• Refunds on plans. Monthly fees already billed are non-refundable, but you keep full service through the end of the period you paid for.
• You own your website. The Care Plan is care for a site that belongs to you, not a lease on one that belongs to us. If you cancel, we provide a full export of your site files and reasonable transfer help at no charge, and your domain and content remain yours. There are no release fees.
• Accounts and data. We manage your Google Business Profile as a Manager, never as the Owner. You own your ad accounts and all the data in them.
• No performance guarantees. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. We do the work well and show you exactly what we did.

2. Digital products (one-time purchases)

• What they are. The Weekend Website ($34) is an educational guide that teaches you to build your own website using AI tools. Optional add-ons: the Editorial Template Pack ($27), Prompt Vault PRO ($97), and the Get-Found Kit ($147). These are instructional materials and design files, delivered digitally, yours to keep.
• Refunds. Every digital product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Full details at lockeagency.com/guide/refund-policy.
• No income claims. Our guides teach skills. They do not promise business results or income of any kind. Your results depend on your own work, market, and execution.
• License. Digital products are licensed for your own business use. Don't resell or redistribute them.

3. One-time services

• The Studio Session ($499). A recorded review of your website plus one rebuilt section, delivered within 5 business days. Refundable in full any time before work begins; once delivered, it is non-refundable, and the full $499 credits toward a done-for-you build. See the refund policy.
• The Locke Build ($2,900). A complete done-for-you website, flat fee, roughly two-week delivery. You apply, we confirm scope in writing with a straight yes or no, and payment in full reserves your build slot. Work begins as soon as payment lands, so the build fee is not refundable once paid. You approve the design before launch, and revisions within the confirmed scope are how we make things right. If we fail to deliver your live site, we refund the fee in full.

4. Disputes and support

If a charge looks wrong, email [email protected] before disputing it with your bank. Billing mistakes get fixed same-day. We keep records of all work delivered.

5. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new date, and continued use of the services means you accept them.
