Every digital product we sell carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't walk away with a site you're proud to send customers to, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund every penny. Unconditional: no interrogation, no proof you tried, no questions you have to answer.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically land within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunded purchases have their download access revoked.

The Studio Session ($499)

If we have not started your teardown yet, you can cancel for a full refund at any time. Once your recorded teardown has been delivered, the session is considered rendered and is not refundable, but the full $499 always credits toward a done-for-you Locke build if you upgrade.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you purchased with, subject line "Refund," and include your receipt or order email. That's the whole process.
