Privacy Policy
Locke Agency · Last updated July 2026
This policy explains what Locke Agency ("we," "us") collects, why, and who ever sees it. The short version: we collect only what it takes to sell you a product, deliver it, and support you. We do not sell your personal information, ever, to anyone. Questions: [email protected].
1. What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you write in a form: a checkout, a Studio Session intake, a done-for-you build application, or an email to us.
- Payment information. Handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers, and we cannot see or store them.
- Purchase and access records. Which of our digital products you bought, when, and the access credentials that unlock them for you.
- Basic technical data. IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, used to run and secure the site. If you arrive from an ad or a link, we may record where you came from so we know which of our marketing actually works.
- Lead submissions on client sites. We build and operate websites for client businesses. When a visitor submits a contact form on a client's site, we process that submission (name, phone, email, message) on the client's behalf and route it to them. It's their lead, not ours.
2. How we use it
- To deliver what you bought: guide access, digital downloads, Studio Session teardowns, and website builds.
- To email you. If you buy from us or start a checkout, we send delivery, support, and marketing emails about our products. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe that works immediately, and our mailing address is in the footer of every one.
- To process payments, refunds, and billing through Stripe.
- To measure our own advertising, protect against fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
Only the service providers it takes to operate, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe for payment processing, refunds, and billing.
- Cloudflare for website hosting, security, data storage, and email delivery infrastructure.
- Google for advertising measurement (for example, knowing that an ad click led to a purchase) and, on behalf of clients, Business Profile and advertising services.
- Meta for advertising measurement. Our pages use the Meta pixel to know that an ad click led to an application or purchase. Meta receives event and device data, never the contents of your application.
- Our clients receive the lead submissions from their own websites, as described above.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
4. Retention and security
We keep information as long as we need it to deliver your purchase, honor guarantees, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. You can stop marketing email any time with the unsubscribe link in any message, or by asking. Purchase records tied to payments are kept where the law requires it.
6. Children
Our products and services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update it here with a new date up top. Continued use of the site after that means the new version applies.
